Attorney Phil Hineman has practiced law in Arizona for 21 years. He
graduated Pepperdine Law School and Trinity University undergraduate
(B.A., Cum Laude), 1983. He was a prosecutor for the Maricopa County
Attorney's Office prior to starting his own firm in 1994. Mr. Hineman is
a 20 year officer in the Army Reserves, Judicial Advocate General's
Corps. He has tried thousands of cases in the municipal, state, and
federal courts.
